All of test results will be sent directly to your Quest account. Additionally, if one or more of your results is for a positive sexually transmitted disease (STD) or HIV result, you will receive a call directly from the PWN care coordination team. If one or more of your results indicates that you need prompt attention, you will receive a call directly from the PWN care coordination team. Before submitting your payment for your testing purchase, you will see the fees collected on behalf of PWN for their services to you. You will also have the opportunity to speak with a PWN physician to discuss the lab results, and in some states (and for adults only), the Licensed PWN physician will be able to provide treatment for some conditions. PWN services include physician oversight of all tests (based upon the information that you share), including ordering tests, if appropriate, and evaluating results once available. If you have any questions about your drug test, contact your employer.Quest is working with PWNHealth LLC and its affiliated professional entities (collectively, PWN) to provide independent physician services to you in connection with Quest. The final drug test result is directly reported to the employer ordering the test. Once the drug test is complete, Quest Diagnostics cannot provide information related to specimen status, drugs screened for in the panel, or the final drug test result.The collector will not note any prescription drugs a donor is taking on the chain of custody form.Additionally, items such as trash receptacles, paper towel holders, under-sink areas or ceiling tiles that appear suitable for concealing contaminants will not be in the restroom. The restroom will not have soap, disinfectants, cleaning agents, or any other possible adulterants present.The toilet tank top may also be taped or secured shut and water sources will be unavailable. The collector will ensure that the water in the toilet or tank has bluing (coloring) agent in it.The collector will ask you to empty your pockets, remove outer garments (e.g., coveralls, jacket, coat, and hat), leave briefcases, purses, and bags behind, and wash your hands. ![]() Examples include a driver’s license, passport, or military ID. Consult your employer if payment at a third party site is required. Payment is not required at Quest Patient Service Centers as your employer should cover the cost of the drug test.Not having the hard copy of the confirmation or its electronic version may result in delays to your drug test or a full reschedule where another test may need to be administered (based on your employer's requirements).Simply show us the email on your mobile device. If you received an appointment confirmation via email, you do not need to print the authorization form.The collector will walk each donor through the entire collection process. Both parties involved-the collection site and the donor-should have reasonable expectations of what will take place during the drug test.
